Kartoffeln und ich haben ein gespaltenes Verhältnis. Ich mag sie wirklich gerne, aber irgendwie gibt es sie dann doch sehr selten im Hause Fee. Nicht so diese Kartoffelecken. Quasi ein Dauerbrenner und immer wieder gerne gesehen. Einfach und schnell gemacht und so lecker. Mit einem großen Salat als Beilage auch als leichte Mahlzeit für ein sonniges Wochenende geeignet…

Für zwei Personen nehme ich 500g festkochende Kartoffeln. Die werden mit Schale gewaschen und dann in Spalten geschnitten, Viertel oder Sechstel je nach Größe. Anschließend koche ich sie 5 Minuten vor. Währenddessen mische ich in einer Schüssel einen Esslöffel Rapsöl, einen Teelöffel Honig, einen gehäuften Esslöffel Sesam, eine ordentliche Prise Salz und einen guten Schwung Chiliflocken. Darin werden die Kartoffelecken, wenn sie vorgekocht sind, ordentlich gewendet, so dass sie von allen Seiten mit der Mischung bedeckt sind. Das Ganze kommt dann ohne Backpapier auf ein ungefettetes, beschichtetes Backblech und wird bei 160°C Umluft 20 Minuten gebacken. Wenden kann man, muss man aber nicht. Ich persönlich halte das für überflüssig. Anschließend essen und glücklich werden. Ganz einfach :)!

Mir gehts da so wie Dir mit den Kartoffeln. aber das hört sich sehr gut an und werde ich sicher in den nächsten Tagen mal ausprobieren. Danke für das Rezept.

Das sieht aber lecker aus! Ich mache auch viel zu selten Kartoffeln, obwohl ich sie eigentlich sehr gerne mag.

Oho, das schreit förmlich danach, von mir nachgemacht zu werden. Die Zutaten hat man sowieso irgendwo zu Hause rumstehen, ein perfektes Rezept also. Jetzt such ich noch ne tolle Beilage und die Frage, was es heute bei uns zum Abendbrot gibt, hat sich gerade erledigt 🙂
